Purbilada ships all orders to locations within India. We have partnered with trusted logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

Order Dispatch:

Orders placed on the Purbilada website are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once their order has been dispatched. If there are any delays in processing the order, the customer will be notified via email.

Order Delivery:

Delivery times vary based on the customer's location. Purbilada offers free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For COD (cash on delivery) orders, a shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.

Approximate time for delivery will be 5 to 15 days depending upon our shipping partner.
