Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached. We also offer a Refund within 15 Days of requesting for the return.

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

2. Email us at puspa.nahak@gmail.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.

3. Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or we can do online refund via NEFT within 15 business days, depending on the option selected by you while placing return request.

You can exchange an item purchased on www.purbilada.com with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

*To cancel an order, please send us an email at puspa.nahak@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.

*For COD payment no return, only exchange.

Approval of Returns:

We try our best to delivery 100% good quality products, but unfortunately it may happen sometimes product is delivered damaged.
1. In such case we required a photo to be sent to us within 24hrs from the time of delivery.
2. Without photos sent in given time we will not be able to process replacement.
3. In case of products not available return Upon receiving the photo, our team will review the damage.
4. If the damage is approved and a complaint is registered, we request you to kindly send the product back to us.
5. If a replacement is in stock with us, we will reship the same to you. In case it is not available, you can request for a refund or a coupon for future purchases.
